About Me

I have 8+ years experience working across various projects in health, policing, smart homes and travel. I bring a human-centred design approach to my projects, from research and ideation, to design and prototype. I incorporate feedback from users to improve and iterate designs through to the final product.

My Design Process

My design process starts with defining the right challenge or problem to determine the right solution needed. This is illustrated below as Discovery (Research), Co-Create, Validate and Deliver (Solution). Along these phases I follow divergent and convergent thinking and meeting collaboratively in the middle to define the problem before coming up with the right solution for this problem.

Photography

I’m also inspired by travel and photography. It allows me to see the world from a different perspective and work on something creative outside of my job.
